Was macht man als Dipl. Rettungssanitäter/in HF?
Als Dipl. Rettungssanitäter/in HF hilfst du Menschen in Notfällen und transportierst sie sicher ins Spital.
- Notrufe entgegennehmen und Einsätze vorbereiten
- Patient:innen am Einsatzort beurteilen (Triage) und Erstversorgung leisten
- Medizinische Massnahmen nach Vorgaben/Protokollen durchführen (z.B. Stabilisieren, Überwachen)
- Patient:innen schonend und sicher transportieren und im Rettungswagen betreuen
- Mit Ärzt:innen, Polizei, Feuerwehr und Spitälern koordinieren
- Einsatzberichte dokumentieren und Material/Fahrzeug einsatzbereit halten
Welche Voraussetzungen & Anforderungen muss ich für Dipl. Rettungssanitäter/in HF erfüllen?
Für die Ausbildung als Dipl. Rettungssanitäter/in HF brauchst du schulische Grundlagen und die passende Persönlichkeit für stressige Situationen.
- Abgeschlossene berufliche Grundbildung EFZ oder gleichwertiger Abschluss (je nach Schule/Anbieter)
- Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und naturwissenschaftliches Grundverständnis
- Psychische Belastbarkeit und ruhiges Handeln unter Zeitdruck
- Einfühlungsvermögen und respektvoller Umgang mit Patient:innen
- Teamfähigkeit und klare Kommunikation
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten
