Arbeitsplätze, Notebooks, Smartphones und Peripheriegeräte einrichten, installieren und konfigurieren
Benutzer:innen bei Störungen unterstützen (Support/Helpdesk) und Fehler systematisch analysieren
Software, Updates und Sicherheitslösungen ausrollen und dokumentieren
Netzwerke und Serverdienste im Betrieb überwachen und einfache Anpassungen durchführen
ICT-Material inventarisieren, Anleitungen erstellen und Arbeiten sauber protokollieren
Bei Projekten rund um neue Systeme, Hardware oder Cloud-Dienste mitarbeiten

Schulisch: abgeschlossene obligatorische Schule, gute Leistungen in Mathematik, Englisch und naturwissenschaftlich-technischen Fächern
Interesse an Informatik, Technik und digitalen Lösungen
Logisches und vernetztes Denken, Freude am Analysieren von Problemen
Geduld und Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit Benutzer:innen
Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein (z.B. beim Thema Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit)
Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
